TuVox announces the Smarter Speech Applications Webinar Series

TuVox to feature customer case studies highlighting advanced, conversational speech applications

LOS ALTOS, Calif. — September 24, 2003 — TuVox, the pioneer in Conversational Voice Response (CVR™) applications for call centers announced today that the company will conduct a series of Webinars showcasing the advanced, conversational speech applications TuVox has deployed for customers such as TiVo, Activision and Definity Health.

The Smarter Speech Applications Series will begin on October 15 with a Webinar entitled "Leveraging Web Self-service into Voice Self-service". The Webinar will feature TuVox customers that have automated 25% to 50% of their incoming call volume by using TuVox CVR to provide automated speech access to Web-based knowledge content.

The second Webinar in the Smarter Speech Applications Series will address the challenge of "Accelerating Speech Application Development — Why VoiceXML is necessary but not sufficient" and will take place on November 5, 2003. The Webinar will review how TuVox customers are moving to VoiceXML and maximizing their ROI with TuVox technologies such as Machine Assisted Dialog Generation( (MADGen), content management and application tuning.

The Webinar series will conclude on December 3, 2003 with a session entitled "Implementing Seamless Agent Interaction with Speech Automation". Attendees will learn how TuVox customers can provide smooth 'round trip' customer service without a stop across speech enabled information, live agent assistance and returning back to self-service.
