(San Diego, CA. January, 2002) — The Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA), the leading industry Association for IT supportprofessionals, today announced speech automation pioneer TuVox, Inc. has joined the SSPA Service Vendor Alliance.

The Service Vendor Alliance (SVA) is a membership organization dedicated to bringing IT support service buyers and sellers together online. The primary focus of SVA (www.supportgate.com) is to increase the visibility of vendors and suppliers within the IT service and support community.
