Mr. Lazar has served as CEO of ten technology companies across a variety of sectors including telecom services, software, networking and Internet services. Mr. Lazar has a strong track record of building organizations through organic growth and acquisition, including eight significant M&A transactions. Companies Mr. Lazar has led include Pacific Edge Software, Talking Blocks, and LoopNet, which went public in 2006.
TuVox new Chairman, Sam Spadafora, is an experienced board chairman. His board leadership follows an extensive operating career, including significant contact center industry experience. Sam served as President and CEO of Chordiant (NASD: CHRD), taking the company public in 2000. Prior to Chordiant, Sam was with Sun Microsystems as vice president of worldwide field operations for the microelectronics business. During that time, Mr. Spadafora led the growth of a worldwide customer base and increased industry acceptance of SPARC and Java based technologies and revenues.
To ensure that TuVox continues to provide high quality service, Larry Miller will fill the newly created role of President and COO. Mr. Miller’s role will be to ensure the company maintains focus on its core business and continues to deliver superior caller experience solutions to its growing customer base.
“Our acquisition of NetByTel had a significant impact on the trajectory of TuVox,” said Larry Miller, President and COO. “The addition of new customers, employees, and technology has mixed very well. As we looked to adopt acquisition as a core growth strategy, it was critical to bring additional experience and resources into the company. I’m very pleased to have Mark and Sam join me at TuVox as we enter the next phase of expansion.”
“This is an ideal time for me to join the TuVox team” said Mark Lazar, TuVox CEO. “TuVox is hitting an exciting inflection point in its business, and my primary role will be to help the company capitalize on emerging growth opportunities. As a larger player in the market, we’ll be able to provide a greater breadth of offerings to our customers, as well as provide more value to our partners.” |
