TuVox Appoints Former Oracle On Demand Executive as Chief Financial Officer

CUPERTINO, Calif. – March 20, 2007 – TuVox, a leading provider of on demand speech applications, today announced that it has named former Oracle On Demand executive Priscilla Morgan to the position of Chief Financial Officer.  In this role, Priscilla is charged with providing financial leadership to further accelerate TuVox’s global expansion.  Priscilla is a 16-year veteran of Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL) and most recently served as VP of Business Operations and Development for Oracle On Demand, which delivers Oracle’s ERP, CRM and Call Center products in either a subscription service or managed applications service model.

Priscilla brings over 20 years of business and finance experience in the areas of subscription and managed software solutions and traditional enterprise software licensing. Prior to joining TuVox, Priscilla spent 16 years at Oracle Corporation in a variety of executive roles. Before Oracle Corporation, Priscilla was at KPMG, where she planned and supervised audits.  Priscilla graduated from the University of California Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant.
