Perfect Connect CTI Enhancer
TuVox Perfect Connect provides seamless integration between TuVox speech applications and agent desktops. In the event that a call is directed to an agent, the call transcript and all relevant information provided by the caller to the speech application is transferred to the agent desktop, eliminating the need for callers to repeat information.
TuVox Perfect Connect is bidirectional, so if the agent puts the caller back into the speech application all of the previous information provided to the system or to the agent is transferred to the speech application. This dramatically improves call resolution time and provides a superior caller experience. Authenticate and Connect
TuVox Authenticate and Connect allows callers to authenticate using a variety of techniques such as account number, name lookup, order number, address lookup and so forth. This Live Agent Time Saver speeds call by passing this information to the live agent.
Entitlement Checking/Make a Payment and Connect
This Live Agent Time Saver allows callers to authenticate, then ensures entitlement rules are checked prior to transfer to a live agent. If necessary, Entitlement Checking collects payment information prior to the call connection. |
