Job Description
The TuVox Marketing Coordinator assists in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from brainstorming through implementation to success evaluation. The ideal candidate embraces the idea of learning new skills as opportunities present themselves, and overcomes obstacles independently.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the customer service experience of companies to identify campaign targets
- Assist in writing/reviewing marketing materials
- Edit audio files for use in customer demos
- Create/modify HTML landing pages for specific campaigns
- Create customer-specific marketing materials for use by the TuVox sales team

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in progress from an accredited college or university with major course work in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
MBA candidates preferred.
Other
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver is highly valued.
Customer Service experience is preferred but not required.

Senior Consulting Project Manager

Leads, manages, coordinates and reports on large call-center speech application deployment projects. Assembles and guides project teams, identifies resources needed, and develops project plan and schedule to ensure timely completion of projects. Communicates frequently with team members and client staff regarding project status and identifies and resolves project problems and issues. Manages customer relationships in conjunction with the account executives and professional services management.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares proposals, statement of work and develops project plans, schedules, resources, and milestones, in conjunction Professional Services managers and client project management. Monitors, tracks, and is held accountable for projects progress, deliverables, quality assurance, and customer services.
- Initiates action to identify and resolve project problems/issues and reports to Professional Services managers on mitigating steps and actions taken to ensure timely deliverables, project success and quality.
- Assigns tasks to team members; develops team behaviors and operating rules; mentors, guides, and empowers team members in planning and executing the work and providing customer service in accordance with Services organization practices and standards
- Reports regularly to Management on project progress; manages risk, scope, quality, effort, resources and timeline.
- Participates in pre- and post-sales activities, proposal development to existing and new customers.
- Works with Management to develop consulting and project planning methodology and tools.
Education & Experience:
- 4+ years experience in systems integration consulting or enterprise software implementation services.
- 3+ years experience in customer-facing, project management role leading a team.
- 3+ years experience with call centers and/or speech application deployment.
- BS degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or other related field. MBA a plus.
- Strong communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with an outstanding customer service attitude.
- Experience in supporting sales and business development opportunities through proposal creation, review and presentation.
- Experience working directly with customers in a consulting or services role.

Senior Customer Solution Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Has overall responsibility for the successful assessment, definition, management and completion of speech applications deployments for large call centers. Helps identify appropriate use of technology for customer, coordinates all project resources, manages project budgets and ensures high quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Understands application of technology and how it will apply to customer's business.
- Ensures that project design and implementation will meet customer's objectives.
- Identifies additional areas of application of technology for the customer.
- Drives specification/scope of project, from development of statement of work through project plan and test plan.
- Communicates and coordinates all activities and status with the customer and internal resources.
- Applies industry best practices to speech application design.
- Monitors and documents project status.
- Maintains strong relationships with the customer's management, project teams, as well as internal resources.
- Helps develop skills and distributes knowledge to project team and acts as mentor.

Education & Experience:
- 5 or more years of mission critical enterprise software implementation experience.
- 5+ years experience as a project manager.
- Experience with call centers and/or speech applications required.
- B.A. / B.S in a technical or business field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in supporting business development opportunities through proposal creation, review and presentation.
